Jorge Amar has been serving as Group CEO of TP since March 2026. Since his appointment, he has focused on leading the company’s transformation into an AI-enabled partner for global enterprises, scaling AI across TP’s operations. A former Senior Partner at McKinsey, where he previously led the consulting firm’s global customer care practice, Jorge has worked for almost two decades with some of the world’s largest companies across North America, Western Europe and Latin America, helping them to transform their customer-facing operations, and deliver stronger performance and better service. His approach centers on embedding AI directly into real customer workflows—ensuring accountability, performance, and business impact at scale. He holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and a degree from the University of Buenos Aires.
